Emmanuella obtained an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph, in addition to a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College. While completing her undergraduate degree, she has taken courses such as Exercise Prescription for Clinical Populations, Traditional Group Exercise, Injuries, and Exercise Contraindications. During the one-on-one treatment sessions, she adopts an educational approach and personalizes conditioning programs to tailor every patient's needs.
