Janelle convocated from University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy in 1998. Since that time, she has worked at Courtside Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. Janelle is an executive member of the Coalition of Physical Rehabilitation Centers of Saskatchewan.     

Janelle has completed numerous post-graduate courses over the years some of which include Vestibular Rehabilitation, Certification in Acupuncture (2006), Integrated Systems Model (ISM 2011), Certified in Complete Concussion Management (2016) including comprehensive baseline testing, Certified Graston Technique (2016), Functional Capacity Evaluation Certification Program (2002), Orthopaedic levels E3V3, Upper and Lower Quadrants and many more.  

Janelle has a special interest in correcting movement dysfunction causing pain. Guiding clients to correct their maladaptive postures and movement patterns that is causing them to not enjoy their daily activities which may include sitting, standing, walking, running, work or sports. Treatment approach includes training of stabilizers and strengthening through meaningful functional movement utilizing neuromuscular retraining approaches.    

Outside of work, Janelle enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 kids. Janelle’s activities of enjoyment include playing Ringette, sailing her Hobie Cat, coaching, kayaking, SUP, skiing, scuba diving spending summer days at the lake and winters at the rink with the occasional trip to Maui.
