Jay is a registered physiotherapist, graduated from Gujarat University with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy and has been practicing from 2019. He has a keen interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries, is certified with Blood Flow Restriction Rehab (BFRR) and is proficient in k-tape, Mckenzie and soft tissue release. He is also certified as a Personal Training Instructor by IAFT and holds a Diploma in FHP. Jay has experience with working in varied setup and with different age groups with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions such as muscular strain/sprain, tendinitis, total hip and knee replacement, muscular and non-muscular low back pain, shoulder pain, neuromuscular deficits such as Stroke and Parkinson’s disease, cardiovascular as well as experience in promoting health in ICU patients.
