Lindsey graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2013 from the University of Alberta. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Science general degree with a major in Biology, minor in psychology. From a young age, she has enjoyed working with her hands and one of her favorite toys was her medical kit. Naturally, physiotherapy was a great fit.
Since graduating, she has been a part of the Lifemark family and she has taken many courses over the years to advance her clinical knowledge. She has completed a number of courses in advanced orthopedic manual and manipulative therapy as well as post graduate training in vestibular rehabilitation. She is eager to continue learning new techniques and gaining new tools that she can use to help her clients reach their treatment goals.
Lindsey has experience working with a variety of patient populations and orthopedic injuries including sports injuries, work-related injuries, repetitive strain injuries and motor vehicle accidents. She combines manual therapy, education and therapeutic exercise to help her clients manage their pain and return to a healthy active lifestyle.
In her spare time, Lindsey keeps busy with her husband, three young girls and dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, travelling, baking and watching loads and loads of Disney princess movies.
