About

Ryan is a practicing member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists. He has a special interest in postural correction and shoulder injuries as he has experienced going through the recovery and rehabilitation process for shoulder injuries due to a motor vehicle accident at a young age. 

Ryan has trained a wide variety of clients ranging in all ages and function levels. What motivates Ryan is being able to help clients find consistent progress and improvements in their day-to-day lives using his background in kinesiology and muscle physiology.

Ryan’s training philosophy addresses three main factors that might cause dysfunctions or imbalances: mobility, stability, and strength. Train to reduce your pain, improve your posture, and optimize your functionality. He believes everyone, regardless of age and function level, can benefit from training their body with a purpose.
