Sheryl graduated from Liceo de Cagayan University, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1999. She is a licensed Registered Physiotherapy member with a good standing in the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario since 2014.

Sheryl has experience assessing and treating a wide range of conditions resulting from sports injuries, motor vehicular accidents and work place injuries. She has extensive knowledge in orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions such as hip, shoulder, knee replacement, spinal fusion, etc. Her physiotherapy practice utilizes manual therapy, exercise program that lead to musculoskeletal injury and impairment.

Her goal with each patient is to educate them about their conditions and to empower them to take an active role in their rehabilitation process. Recently, she has taken interest in women’s health and has since been certified in Pelvic Health Level III.
