Meg graduated from McMaster University’s school of physiotherapy in 1999. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Sport Physiotherapy at Western University’s Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic and a Master of Science through McMaster University’s School of Rehabilitation Science in 2017.

Meg’s areas of interest include musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injury management. To this end, she holds certification in acupuncture, is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Meg has contributed to Cochrane Canada’s Back and Neck group with a research interest in exercise for neck disorders. She has been active within the physiotherapy community as a clinical mentor and orthopaedic instructor for the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Her professional involvement in sport has included university, club and national team coverage for rugby, hockey, fastball, lacrosse, ultimate frisbee and curling.

A former competitive Nordic skier, paddler and fastpitch softball player, Meg is now just happy to try to keep up with her children's activities .
