Harita received my bachelor of physiotherapy degree from Gujarat University of Ahmedabad, India in 2014. She worked in a mutlispeciality tertiary care hospital for 4 years in Vadodara, working in different ICU settings, including Burn ICU, Critical Care Units, and Trauma along with the outpatient department and rehabilitation centre. She has gained experience treating orthopaedic, neurologic, cardiac, post medical and surgical, cancer and burns conditions.

Additionally, Harita has completed a yoga instruction training course from Maharaja Sayajirao University in Vadodara, in 2015.

Harita moved to Canada in 2018 and received her diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion with honours in 2020. She has worked with a women's soccer team as manager/trainer for two seasons in Fanshawe college.

Harita has cleared her written component of the PCE exam in March and currently works as a resident physiotherapist. She believes in continuous learning and improving her knowledge in the field of physiotherapy. She is kind, driven, thorough and goal oriented. Her approach for any condition is correcting posture and faulty mechanics, exercise prescriptions, pain releiving modalities like US, TENS, IFC , patient education, and myofacial release. She enjoys helping patients regain their function, range, strength and mobility and be more independent even after injury in their day to day actvities.
