Hazel is a highly experienced physiotherapist with 20+ years in the field. She graduated from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica and later with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in the United States. 

Hazel grew up dancing and participating in several sports. It was a knee injury while dancing that inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. She also holds various exercise certifications including Pilates, Barré, Urban Poling; and Balance and Falls. She believes that movement is essential to any successful rehab and wellness program and must be carefully implemented and individualized for each patient.

She specializes in Geriatric Physiotherapy, Graston Technique, Cupping and Taping.

Hazel enjoys cooking, reading and crocheting in her leisure time.
