Kate is a qualified Occupational Therapist licensed to practice in Ontario. She is registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) as well as a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT). Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University.

As an occupational therapist, Kate strives to meet clients where they are at in order to support them to meet their goals in a meaningful way. She has experience supporting clients having difficulties participating in their daily activities as a result of challenges with their mental, physical, and cognitive health. Kate has taken courses in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, arts-based therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets, going for walks in nature, and crafting a new embroidery creation.
