Katie moved to Nova Scotia from Ottawa in 2015 to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Acadia University. After graduating in 2019, she made her way back to Ontario to attend Queen’s University and receive her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

Throughout both degrees and prior to her post-secondary education, Katie has worked with people of all ages and ability levels in a variety of contexts, including sports, ergonomics, occupational performance coaching, chronic disease management, and physical rehabilitation. She is passionate about connecting with people and supporting them as they achieve their goals.

Katie is delighted to be back on the east coast working out of both the Cobequid and Colchester Lifemark locations in Truro, NS.
