Raylene obtained a Bachelor of Arts at Simon Fraser University and began working as a Psychometrist in 1991. She became a Certified Specialist in Psychometry in 2007 through the National Association of Psychometry.

Raylene began working in the Head Injury Assessment and Treatment Services Program in 2004 and continues to work in this program as a psychometrist, administering neuropsychological tests.
