Savannah was born and raised in a small community outside of Grande Prairie. She has always been passionate about rehabilitation and assisting people in achieving their goals. Savannah was able to pursue her passions through her studies, volunteering in the community, and through joining the Lifemark family as a Kinesiologist.

Savannah began her schooling journey within the community at the Grande Prairie Regional College in the Kinesiology program. She completed her schooling at the University of Alberta and graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology majoring in sport performance. Throughout her schooling, Savannah participated in volunteering programs such as the Parkinson’s Association of Alberta and the University of Alberta Steadward Centre where she was able to assist individuals with moving better and achieving their goals long term goals.

Savannah joined the Lifemark family in January of 2021 as a Kinesiology practicum student. She was later hired as a full-time Kinesiologist in April of 2021 and became a member of the Alberta Kinesiology Association. Savannah specializes in human movement, exercise-based treatment, and pain management. She works in return-to-work programs and functional assessments.

Outside of her patient care in the clinic, Savannah is all about spending time outdoors with her family and friends. In the summers, Savannah spends her weekends hiking, backpacking, kayaking, and camping in the mountains. Her winter months are designated to chasing the deep snow with her snowboard.
