Shelly is an attentive massage therapist who tailors each session to address the unique needs of the individual using myofascial work, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, relaxation techniques, cupping, and nerve flossing. She is a graduate from Makami College in Edmonton, and is in good standing with CRMTA.
As a certified nutritional consultant through CSNN, she formerly helped others through her work in the natural health industry, and takes a holistic approach to wellness.
Outside of her practice, Shelly enjoys hiking, walking, and spending some time at the gym. Shelly has raised two sons alongside her husband of 22 years, bringing a sense of balance and nurturing to her professional work.
Her compassionate approach, combined with her diverse skills, makes her an asset to anyone seeking pain relief or relaxation.
