An imbalance can cause anything from headaches and back pain to problems with your knees and feet — but chiropractic treatment can help.

Chiropractors specialize in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of injuries and disorders of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems.

What is chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a healthcare profession that focuses on the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, addressing pain in joints, ligaments, muscles and nerves.

Through hands-on manual adjustment of the spine, chiropractors work to optimize your musculoskeletal structure.

How can chiropractic help me?

When your spine isn’t aligned or moving well, it can cause significant problems with the rest of your body.

Whether your pain has developed quickly or over time, a chiropractor can restore mobility, help tissues heal, and reduce pain.

Whether you are suffering from headaches, back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, knee pain, plantar fasciitis or other conditions, a chiropractor can help.

How does it work?

Based on your condition, your treatment may consist of chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue therapy, taping, acupuncture, ultrasound and other approaches. You may also be given exercises to do at home.

When can I expect to see results?

Results vary depending on the type and degree of your condition. Many clients notice a difference right away, or it may take several treatments before you start to feel progress.

Our chiropractor will discuss your individualized treatment plan with you and explain when you can expect to see results.

What do I need to bring to my initial appointment?

At your initial appointment the chiropractor will discuss any medical history that relates to your condition, so please bring details of any health problems and past treatments.

As well, an assessment will be conducted on the area where you are experiencing discomfort. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that will allow the area to be evaluated.
