Get back to life with Airdrie physiotherapy & massage.

More than physiotherapy and massage
We will assess you for a concussion and customize your recovery to get you back in the game.
We want to strengthen your physical and mental well-being using a holistic and care-based approach.
For men and women. Pelvic health challenges are stressful and hard to talk about openly. Let us help.
Vestibular issues, such as BPVV, can vary from mild irritation to symptoms that make it difficult to perform everyday activities.
Issues with your feet can lead to pain and discomfort in other areas of your body. We will complete a full assessment of your needs.
Customized rehabilitation treatment
We’ll tailor a plan for you with physio, chiropractic, massage, bracing, kinesiology and more based on your injury and pain.
In Airdrie, Lifemark physiotherapy clinics aim to give you the same compassionate care and level of service a professional athlete would receive.
We will help find the right, experienced therapist for you; whether you were injured playing sports, need to recover after surgery, were hurt on the job, involved in a car accident, or to heal a nagging injury that just won’t go away.
Most Lifemark services are available without a doctor’s referral. Physiotherapists are considered primary access practitioners and a physician referral is not needed to access treatment.
Your physiotherapist will take you through a complete physical and pain assessment; as well as speak to you about your history, sport, lifestyle, and work.
The result: your customized treatment plan including a home exercise plan delivered to you in print or online (with access to video and animated instruction).
