How do I make an appointment?

You can call or email your local clinic – or book online.

How long is an appointment?

Appointment lengths vary depending on the service or treatment you need. Your clinic will provide more detail when you book your appointment.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. In many cases, we’ll need to assess how you move. For example, if we were treating your knee, shorts help us get a good look. Shoulder injury? A tank top or camisole helps! For sessions when you’ll be moving a lot, workout wear is your best bet.

What are my funding options – will my treatment be covered by my government health care plan or extended health care benefits?

Some of our services are covered by government funding sources, automobile insurance, extended health care plans and workers’ compensation. Our clinics can help you determine coverage options you may qualify for, such as Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), Alberta Health Insurance or Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC for motor vehicle accidents).Most health insurance providers reimburse all or a portion of treatment fees. We can help you navigate all the claims details and documentation required by your insurer.

How can I find a clinic near me?

Do I need a doctor’s referral to receive treatment at your clinics?

You do not need a referral for most of our services. However, if you have extended health care, you should check to see if they require one when submitting receipts for reimbursement.

What should I expect at my first visit?

The first visit is always an assessment. We’ll ask questions, watch how you move and take time to determine the best treatment for your injury or cause of pain. Treatment generally begins on your second visit.

What is the cost of treatment?
