About
Benita graduated from D’Youville College, Buffalo, NY, with a Master in Physiotherapy in 2004 after completing a honours Bachelor of Science form University of Toronto. She keeps current with her skills and knowledge by taking various advanced physiotherapy courses and maintaining membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Benita incorporates manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and acupuncture along with other modalities to reduce pain and inflammation and to improve overall physical function. Benita’s focus is to educate and motivate her clients to take an active role in improving their overall health and physical function.
Benita enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and maintaining an active healthy lifestyle.
