About

Denis received his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in (2018) and his Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia in (2020). He is a registered Occupational Therapist and a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. He is a strong believer in having a balanced life and plenty of participation in several meaningful occupations. He decided to pursue his studies in occupational therapy because of the value the profession places on using meaningful occupations as a means of therapy. 

Denis has experience working in Long Term Care Facilities and Acute Care along with experience volunteering to assist children with Autism Spectrum Disorder participate in play therapy. At Lifemark, Denis is part of the Early Concussion Assessment and Treatment program assisting WorkSafe BC clients return back to work and their meaningful occupations which is a great fit because of his passion of helping clients in the area of concussion and brain injuries. He is also working with ICBC and Long Term Disability clients to provide diversity to his caseload.

Outside of work, Denis can be found engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, road biking and paddle boarding or at home spending time with his friends and family.
