Elizabeth comes to Lifemark after earning her MSc Physiotherapy in Manchester, England, in 2013. She focuses on orthopedics with a special interest in the treatment of persistent pain. She actively participates in continuing professional education, including NOI pain education and dry needling (through KinetaCore). Elizabeth believes that understanding your injury is integral to your recovery and allows you to take an active role in your rehabilitation.

In her spare time, Elizabeth competes in flat track roller derby, hikes and enjoys the BC mountains.
