About
Jaskirat Cheema is an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals and regain their independence. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph in 2017, and went on to obtain her Master's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2020.
Jaskirat has a diverse background in treating multiple orthopaedic and neuro-musculoskeletal conditions. She uses a client-centered and evidence-informed approach to help clients get back to what they love. Her treatment style is a combination of manual therapy, exercise, education, and pain management (modalities, acupuncture, etc.) to help achieve clients' goals. She has done further courses in manual therapy through the orthopaedic division and has acupuncture certification.
Jaskirat takes time to understand the root causes of her clients' symptoms to create a comprehensive treatment program tailored to their individual needs. Her experience and commitment to providing high-quality care, along with her empathetic and compassionate approach, foster a comfortable and safe environment for patients to reach their desired goals and achieve optimal health and wellness.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, doing pilates, and spending time with family and friends. With her extensive experience and commitment to providing high-quality care, Jaskirat is dedicated to helping clients achieve their optimal health and wellness.
