Katie attained her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, in 2011 when graduating with honours from Brock University. 

Having worked as a Kinesiologist for 11 years, Katie has extensive experience and is always helping clients achieve their goals. Her experience ranges from running fitness classes for a geriatric population, to rehabilitation for those regaining activity following acute or severe medical situations, to working with those looking to return to work. Most recently Katie is the proud recipient of the 2023 Welland Tribune Reader's Choice Diamond Award for Best Kinesiologist. 

As a health and fitness enthusiast, Katie enjoys working out and figure skating in her spare time, and has entered her 30th season on the ice. Her training and academic background, along with warm and caring personality, allows her to help clients to reach their full potential.
