Mariam received her bachelor’s of physiotherapy from Cairo university in Egypt in 2006. After graduating, she worked as a physiotherapist in hospitals, private clinics, and orthopaedic and neuro-rehabilitation centers, where she treated in-patients and outpatients with various medical conditions. Mariam moved to Canada in 2012 and became registered physiotherapist committed to ongoing clinical education. She has completed courses in manual therapy such as Mulligan Concept, as well as Pelvic floor assessment and treatment.

Mariam has experience with assessing patients of all ages and extensive experience in the orthopaedic field. She creates individualized treatment plans for each patient, providing the highest quality of care with a goal to provide effective intervention.

Outside of work, she stays active skiing, biking and running. She also loves exotic adventure trips.
