
Michael Addison
About
Michael joined Lifemark Physiotherapy in 2003. He has been practicing Pilates since 1992 and was certified by Stott Pilates in 1995. His Pilates method has been influenced by Pilates masters such as Ron Fletcher and Kathy Grant. Second generation teachers like Diane Miller, Karen Carlson, Alan Herdman, Pat Guyton, Kyria Sabin and others have also influenced his methods.
Michael has presented at many conferences and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. Michael embraces many movement ideas with an open mind, while adhering to Joseph Pilates principals of concentration, precision, coordination, breathing, lengthening and resistance.
