Michelle obtained a Bachelor of Health Sciences followed by a Master of Physiotherapy, both from the University of Ottawa. She has completed her Part A and B certification of the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® as well as courses on dry needling and acupuncture. She is eager to further her education by taking additional post-graduate courses.

Michelle uses a combination of exercise therapy and hands-on techniques to help her patients reach their treatment goals and return to their optimal level of function. 

During her spare time, she enjoys staying active by hiking, running, and doing circuit training.
