Sara graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2014 after completing a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Specialization in Kinesiology and Minor in Rehabilitation Sciences, at Western University in 2011.  
 
Since graduating, Sara has worked in the orthopedic setting with clients who have experienced workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries and long-term disability. Shae has taken orthopedic courses to strengthen her approach include an introduction to Acupuncture and McKenzie Levels A and B.  Since then, Sara has focused her practice in pelvic health, having completed Pelvic Health Solutions courses Levels I, II and III in order to treat incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse etc. As well, she has complet
