Our team of experienced professionals provide an individualized approach to treatment to meet your rehabilitation needs. Physiotherapists provide treatment for concussions, headaches & neck pain, brain injury, stroke and neurological conditions, balance difficulties, strains and sprains, tendinitis, and sports injuries. They also treat post surgical conditions, WSIB injuries and shoulder pain, along with many other conditions and injuries that may be impacting your daily life and favourite activities.
Massage therapy is available for injury recovery, motor vehicle accident injuries, scar release, lymphededma, and for relief of any musculoskeletal pain and swelling conditions. Laser therapy is available for pain relief, wound healing, and to speed recovery of muscles, bones, and soft tissues. Acupuncture, spinal traction, kinesiotaping, and Graston techniqes are also available.
Furthermore, your feet are in good hands with our Registered Chiropodists who look after painful foot conditions, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, ingrown nails, bunions, plantar warts, callusing, corns, thick and brittle nails, nail or foot fungal infections and heel pain. Custom orthotics can be provided to ease pain, and to improve your alignment to relieve and prevent injury related to your biomechanics. A referral is not required. Additionally, custom knee bracing is available to keep you in the game!
King Physiotherapy and Foot Clinic is located in the Bowmanville Health Centre at 222 King St. E. in Bowmanville. We are located in the East Wing, Suite 100, adjacent to the blood lab. We are fully wheelchair accessible.
A multi-disciplinary approach allows us to offer you a comprehensive approach to your rehabilitation needs from head to toe. We provide complimentary assessment reports for your physicians to facilitate coordination of your care. Spacious private treatment rooms are utilized to improve your treatment experience. Home visits are available to accommodate those who are limited in mobility for some services; please contact us.
