Our parking lot is accessible off Carling Ave. travelling westbound. Turn right off Carling Ave, onto Hamilton Ave, and the parking lot will be on your right.

After you park, please pay for parking at the terminal inside the building entrance for the amount of time you will be in your appointment (you do NOT need to place your stub on your dashboard).

OC Transpo bus numbers 55 & 85 stop in front on the building.

Our philosophy

Lifemark Physiotherapy Parkdale is a multi-disciplinary clinic specializing in providing care to a diverse patient population. We assess and treat patients with a variety of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, as well as concussions and post-concussive syndromes.

Our trained physiotherapists utlize a holistic approach to care that is compansionate and client-centred, and provide evidence-based treatment to promote injury recovery and a return to healthy living.

The clinic

Our newly renovated clinic allows care to be provided in a spacious and clean environment. We have a large, open gym area as well as individual private treatment rooms. We perform frequent cleaning and disinfection in accordance with best practices from Ontario Public Health.

In addition to our private physiotherapy services, we also offer a number of specialty programs: post-surgical, sports injuries, work-related (WSIB/employer), dry needling, private Occupational Therapy services, and Functional Assessments.
