About
Jagbir is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who graduated from the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) program in 2024. She is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion, empathy, and understanding.
Jagbir works with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, workplace injuries, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional difficulties that can arise while being away from work. Her approach is patient-centred and collaborative, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
Believing that each individual’s experience is unique, Jagbir meets patients where they are and helps them reconnect with their strengths, resilience, and sense of self. She is committed to working alongside her patients to support meaningful growth, recovery, and overall well-being, helping them feel more connected to themselves as they move toward their personal goals.
