About
Raj is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 12 years of clinical experience helping people recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. He has a strong passion for treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Raj believes that successful recovery starts with understanding each person’s goals and creating an individualized treatment plan that promotes long-term health and performance.
His treatment approach combines evidence-based practice with hands-on therapy and active rehabilitation to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function. Raj’s clinical skills include manual therapy, joint mobilization, manipulation, functional dry needling, cupping therapy, and personalized exercise prescription tailored to each patient’s needs and lifestyle.
Raj is a Certified Mulligan Concept Therapist and is certified in the GLAD Canada® program for the management of hip and knee osteoarthritis. He is committed to lifelong learning and is currently expanding his expertise in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation through advanced certification training to provide comprehensive care for patients experiencing dizziness, balance disorders, and concussion-related symptoms.
Whether you are recovering from a sports injury, managing a chronic musculoskeletal condition, recovering after surgery, or looking to improve your mobility and performance, Raj is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and return to the activities you love with confidence.
Outside the clinic, Raj enjoys staying active by playing cricket and table tennis, as well as hiking and camping. His passion for movement and an active lifestyle gives him a practical understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance, which he brings into every treatment session.
