Sarah Russell
About
Sarah Russell is an accomplished occupational therapist who obtained her Bachelor of Psychology and Masters of Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Since 2014, she has worked in various settings including hospitals, community care, and private practice in Kelowna. Sarah's approach to therapy is client-centered and holistic, where she focuses on finding sustainable solutions that help her clients achieve their goals. With diverse experience in physical, mental, cognitive, and concussion rehabilitation, Sarah is passionate about promoting health and well-being, injury prevention, and providing rehabilitation to support her clients in their daily activities.
Sarah is known for her clinical strengths in industrial and home office ergonomic assessments, case management, job demand analyses, return to work programming, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Cost of Future Care Assessments. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sarah enjoys engaging in activities that are both active and challenging, including running, biking, hiking, and snowboarding. She also loves travelling and spending quality time with her son, Noah.
