About
Simran Kaur is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, and functional recovery. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and subsequently completed a Master of Physiotherapy in Orthopaedics and Manual Therapy from Manipal University, Karnataka, India.
Since becoming a Registered Physiotherapist in Canada in 2015, Simran has worked extensively in outpatient physiotherapy settings, helping individuals recover from injuries, manage pain, and restore function. Her clinical experience includes treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, workplace injuries (WSIB), motor vehicle accident injuries (MVA), post-operative rehabilitation, concussion management, and chronic pain conditions.
Simran utilizes a personalized, evidence-based approach to care that incorporates manual therapy, exercise prescription, patient education, and functional rehabilitation. She is passionate about empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy.
In addition to her physiotherapy training, Simran is certified in acupuncture and dry needling and integrates these techniques into treatment when appropriate to support pain relief, recovery, and improved mobility.
Known for her warm and compassionate approach, Simran enjoys building strong therapeutic relationships with her patients and is dedicated to helping them achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, Simran enjoys travelling, hiking, spending time with her family, and caring for animals. She loves connecting with people from all walks of life and finds great fulfillment in helping others improve their health, function, and quality of life through physiotherapy.
