
Adam Higdon
About
Born and raised in Labrador City, NL, Adam is a graduate of Dalhousie University’s MSc Physiotherapy Program. Adam also completed his undergraduate degree at Dalhousie University studying Kinesiology with research in human biomechanics. Before starting his studies, Adam spent two years playing junior hockey in New Hampshire, and his summers driving haul trucks at the mine in Labrador City.
Adam loves to help patients stay active with exercises and pain science education. He has a specific interest in manual therapy, occupation rehab, and taping.
During his free time, Adam loves to golf, hike, and spend time with his Nova Scotia Duck Toller, Mabel.
