Alde is a graduate of Makami College 3000-hour Advance Clinical Massage Therapy Diploma. Alde combines massage and stretching techniques to provide his clients with a well-rounded treatment plan, and his massage style would be tailored to the clients needs.

Alde is a member of the Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association (CRMTA). His modalities include Swedish/Relaxation massage, deep tissue and therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, dynamic myofascial cupping.

Alde’s interest outside of massage therapy include hiking with his family, biking, and swimming.
