Alicia Knutson is a skilled massage therapist with a passion for helping individuals with sports and motor vehicle injuries, chronic and acute pain, and pre and post-natal care. She has a strong background in a variety of massage techniques, including Myofascial Release (MFR), Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Sports Massage, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular (PNF) treatment.

Alicia is a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta and graduated with distinction from Grant MacEwan University in 2010 with a Massage Therapy diploma. She has also completed a Hot Stone Massage course and has worked with several lymphatic, Myofascial, and Craniosacral therapists to further advance her skills.

In addition to her work in massage therapy, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, softball, running, camping, and taking advantage of the great outdoors as much as possible. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve optimal health and wellness through her expertise in massage therapy.
