About
Amy graduated from Brock University in 2024 with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with first-class standing. She recently completed her Masters of Professional Kinesiology with a concentration in Clinical Practice in Kinesiology. Through her Master’s program, Amy has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of populations such as high-performance athletes, seniors and individuals living with chronic conditions.
Amy grew up playing soccer and dancing competitively. Through these activities, she developed an appreciation for human movement and the body’s capabilities.
