Anushka is a Registered Kinesiologist and is licensed to practice with the College of Kinesiologists in Ontario (COKO). She is also an active member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association (OKA), raising awareness on the various career paths that kinesiology students can pursue through the OKA podcast series "A Career in Kin".

She graduated with a master's degree in Professional Kinesiology and a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (Honours), both obtained from Brock University.

At Lifemark Health Group, Anushka collaborates with clients to set and achieve functional goals by designing, implementing, and supervising graded exercise, work conditioning, and work hardening programs, as well as performing functional assessments. She is multilingual and can offer her services in English, French, Gujarati, and Hindi.

In her spare time, Anushka enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as playing various sports, reading books, watching TV, and listening to music.
