Christina has been a Massage Therapist for 18 years now. She graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage School, a private school in Toronto, and is in very good standing with both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario. Christina believes in the body's ability to heal itself and that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. She is a strong supporter in self care.

Since 2001, Christina has worked alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, and homeopaths. In that time, she has also taken many courses to further her education as a therapist; dynamic posture, infant massage, Reiki, depression, anxiety and Swedish Massage. 

Christina's work is both relaxing and therapeutic and is delivered with a compassionate touch, being unique to each individual's needs. She also gives the option to use natural lotions for her treatments.
