About
Curtis has 23 years of experience in exercise science. He holds a Kinesiology degree from the University of Regina, is a Registered Kinesiologist, and is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and High Performance Specialist certified through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology.
Throughout his career, Curtis has worked with a number of unique populations including: injury rehabilitation (vocational, sports, general population), metabolic disorders, cardiac rehab, high performance athletics, youth, older adults, cancer, pre/post pregnancy, fire fighters, and law enforcement (PARE Testing).
In his free time, Curtis has kept busy earning his 2nd degree black belt in Shotokan karate and competing at both the national and international levels. He currently enjoys keeping active with Olympic lifting, training AA hockey, and going for walks with his family and two dogs.
Curtis uses his education, experience, and passion for health and fitness to provide his client's with an optimal rehab experience and get them back to the activities they love!
