Dakota Sadlier
About
Dakota is a recent Bachelor of Kinesiology graduate from the University of Alberta, where she majored in Physical Activity and Health. She has hands-on experience working with high-performance athletes, as well as patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents. She is currently pursuing certifications with both the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and the Alberta Kinesiology Association (AKA), with plans to become a certified Canadian Aquatic Rehab Instructor (CARI) in the future.
Her passion for kinesiology stems from a desire to help Canadians overcome physical limitations and improve their overall well-being. Looking ahead, Dakota plans to return to the University of Alberta to complete a Master of Science in Physical Therapy.
Dakota is excited to bring her knowledge and energy to the Lifemark team.
