Jane is very excited to become a part of the Trilogy Physiotherapy team as a Registered Physiotherapist. She is a 2021 graduate of the Master of Science in Physical Therapy program at Queen’s University and is a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Before her physiotherapy education, she achieved her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster in 2018.

Since graduation, Jane has worked at private practice settings in Kingston and Stouffville and has experience treating clients with a variety of injuries.​ She also obtained her Levels 1+2 in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, Introduction to Acupuncture and Dry Needling, and is eager to continue building her physiotherapy skills in the future. 

Jane’s passion for health and well-being began with playing sports and regularly engaging in physical activity. Her approach to physiotherapy focuses on education, soft tissue techniques, and exercise to help her patients reach their goals and optimize their health and well-being. Outside of physiotherapy, Jane enjoys spin classes, strength training, singing and travelling.
