Jennifer graduated as a massage therapist from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2009.

Jennifer is able to adapt her pressure to suit her clients needs and is comfortable performing relaxation, deep tissue and focused based treatments. Whether someone just wants to relax and decompress after a long day at the office, or have that tennis elbow worked on, Jennifer is comfortable and experienced with tailoring a treatment to best suit one’s needs. Jennifer has experience treating motor vehicle accident injuries, repetitive strain, WSIB, sports injuries and post-operative patients.

Having seen the impact that stress can have on one’s life and body, Jennifer encourages her clients to make massage part of their regular health care plan. Like taking your car in for a tune up, massage is like a tune up for the body-prevention and maintenance of the muscles!

Jennifer is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and has been a part of the Lifemark team since 2009.

When Jennifer is not at the clinic massaging, she enjoys traveling, high intensity interval/weight training, yoga, running, cycling, and hiking with her husband and their dog Luna.
