Jen graduated from the University of Toronto in 2018 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to that she completed her Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology at York University.

Jen strongly believes in the significance of attaining a comprehensive patient history and assessment to ensure a specialized treatment plan is developed with the goal of returning the patient back to their sport, activity or general function. Jen also values hands-on manual therapy, customized exercise programs and patient education.

Jen is working her way through her manual therapy levels to attain her FCAMPT designation and has completed courses in acupuncture, dry-needling, soft tissue release and concussion. Jen is also involved at the University of Toronto where she volunteers at labs for the advanced musculoskeletal units.

Jen has had a strong passion for sports and athletics from a young age. She grew up playing competitive, national level tennis from the age of 7. This helped develop her proficiency in goal setting, communication and leadership skills, which she incorporates in her practice to motivate her patients to take an active role in their therapy.

Jen loves to stay active through home workouts or playing tennis or volleyball and is an avid baker! She can also speak Russian fluently.
