Jignesh Solanki is a passionate fitness and health promotion enthusiast, originally from India and now based in Canada. After graduating from Sardar Patel University in 2016 with a degree in physiotherapy, he worked as a physiotherapist for two years in a non-profit clinic in India. In 2018, he moved to Canada, where he worked for three years as a physiotherapy assistant in a long-term care facility. Jignesh's exceptional hands-on skills and knowledge in the field of physiotherapy allowed him to obtain his license to work as a physiotherapy resident in December 2022.

In addition to his work in physiotherapy, Jignesh is an enthusiastic adventurer and traveler. He enjoys going on any adventure, whether it be a long road trip or a challenging hike. His adventurous spirit is matched by his passion for promoting health and wellness. He is committed to spreading the joy of healthy living and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
