Kara graduated from Niagara College in 2019 from the Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant program. She enjoys assisting others working towards their physio goals with a smile and kind support.

In her spare time, Kara enjoys adventuring in the outdoors, hiking, camping, and cottaging, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
