Kashmita Poojary is a Physiotherapist in Ontario. She holds a Bachelor's degree of Physiotherapy from T.N.M.C and Nair charitable hospital, Mumbai, India and a Master of Health Science in Orthopedic and Geriatric Physiotherapy degree from the University of Indianapolis, USA.

After three years of practice in Mumbai in an Orthopedic multi-specialty hospital, she moved to Canada in 2019 to further pursue her career. Kashmita uses various active rehab and manual therapy techniques to achieve the optimum patient rehab. She has an immense experience working with pre and post operative Orthopedic cases, sports injuries and various Musculo-skeletal conditions. She is certified in Mulligan techniques, Kinesio-taping, Pilate's mat and ball exercises and TRX suspension training.
