Kassidy grew up in the small town of Rocky Mountain House, where she spent most of her time playing sports. This is how her love of health and fitness began. In 2017, Kassidy graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. The past couple years she spent in the fitness industry, teaching classes and personal training. She is also AFLCA Resistance Training certified and Precision Nutrition certified. 

Kassidy joined the Life Mark team in 2019 and is excited to begin a new career. She really enjoys the rehabilitation process and helping people get back to doing what they love. 

When not at the clinic, Kassidy enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and spending time with family.
