About
Sabrina graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Adapted Physical Activity. With a lifelong passion for movement and an active lifestyle, she naturally gravitated toward a career in health and fitness. Sabrina is dedicated to supporting others in improving their well-being and creating meaningful, lasting changes in their lives through evidence-based wellness practices.
Outside of her clinical work, Sabrina teaches fitness classes, loves to read, travels whenever she can, and enjoys skiing throughout the winter months.
