Sean Buchner earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas State University in 2017. He then completed a one-year post-professional residency in Neurologic Physical Therapy, where he worked with patients suffering from neurological disorders such as concussions, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and strokes in both hospital and outpatient settings. During this time, he found his passion for working with patients with balance and dizziness problems and completed further training in a specialized vestibular clinic in Austin, Texas.

After returning to his home country of Canada, Sean joined Lifemark in 2018, where he continued to assist patients with balance and dizziness issues. In 2023, he completed a vestibular certification program sponsored by Emory University and the American Physical Therapy Association. Sean has also worked as an assessor for both the musculoskeletal and neurologic teams through the WSIB OWN program at St. Joseph’s Hospital. In his free time, Sean enjoys running, cycling, and outdoor activities.
