Zoie Hansen
About
Zoie earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2024, following a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Lethbridge. Since then, she continues to assist with research in disability studies.
Her special interests include pediatrics, stroke rehabilitation, and mental health. In 2019, she completed a year-long pedagogical internship in Denmark, focusing on autistic youth managing eating disorders.
Originally from Edson, Alberta, Zoie has enjoyed making Edmonton her home in recent years. Outside of the clinic, she spends time gardening, reading, exercising and relaxing with her cat.
